How long before, I receive my customized design guide?
Upon arrival of your completed questionnaire, you will receive a confirmation via-email that your design process has begun and a proposed date for the preliminary design will be scheduled.  Preliminary design will be available approximately 2 weeks after complete questionnaire is received. After approval of the preliminary design your customized design guide will be completed within 2 – 3 weeks.  You will be notified of its’ completion via email.
